Whether you want DTG and an employee perk or as entertainment for an event or happy hour you get the same great time. Our station includes individual and group lessons, golf tournaments, free play and a Golf Instructor.

We are a startup in Hoboken NJ but we cater to clients across the whole US.

Job Purpose
The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in expanding DTG client base for events and as an employee perk.

What You’ll Do…
• Prospect and identify clients to contact via phone, email and other creative channels.
• Collaborate with the business development team and educate them on details of opportunities.
• Manage expectations and overcome objections.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Manage the whole sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating the close.
• You are a true hustler and will do whatever you need to do to get the job done.

You Should Have…
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 0-5  years experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management or event sales.
• Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Very goal oriented
• Must have authorization to work in the US

Job Purpose
The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in expanding DTG client base for events and as an employee perk.

What You’ll Do…
• Production of visual material, digital and print
• Propose new ideas and solutions to constantly raise the level of design quality
• Craft creative and compelling visuals for social media, banners, website, emails, video, paid ads,flyers, etc.
• Create still as well as gif/video formats for content
• Direct photo or video shoots
• Come up with new ideas and strategies

You should have…
• 3-5+ years of proven work experience as a designer in agencies or start-ups
• Experience in different areas of design: Mobile, Video, Motion, etc.
• Mastery of tools like Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of how to optimize content across digital platforms (social, video, web)
• Understanding of written storytelling strategy
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment

Sr. Golf Instructor

Job Purpose
The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in expanding DTG client base for events and as an employee perk.

What You’ll Do…
• Instruct employees of all experience levels on their swing, chipping, putting, etc.
• Manage up to 150 employees in 2 hours with our 4 component station ensuring they are safe.
• Create a positive and fun experience for the employees
• Instruct Lessons with our Sr. Golf Executives
• Upsell executives on our employee perk
• Set up and break down the stations (everything fits in 2 large bags)
• Attend all sales on site sales meetings and events booked.

You should have…
• 5-8+ golf instructing experience
• Positive energy is a must
• Able to assist golf instructors
• Comfortable educating employees on what other services we provide
• Have a flexible schedule
